Day 24

Psalm 135:1-5

1Praise the Lord!Praise the name of the Lord;Praise Him, O you servants of the Lord! 2 You who stand in the house of the Lord,In the courts of the house of our God, 3 Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good;Sing praises to His name, for it is pleasant. 4 For the Lord has chosen Jacob for Himself,Israel for His special treasure. 5 For I know that the Lord is great,And our Lord is above all gods.

The poet says "Praise the Lord" for four times in verses 1 to 3. He calls all God's people to praise Him in the house of the Lord and in the courts of the house of our God; to sing praise to His name, for all things that the Lord does are good and pleasant. He turns Jacob from a scurvy, selfish and dishonest man into a "new man", which is Israel the God's prince. The poet praises God's love, honor, greatness, and His name that is above all gods.

There is a hymn saying "I praise here; I praise there; I praise everywhere. Sing loudly, hallelujah, hallelujah...". For I know that the Lord is merciful and that our Lord is above all gods. He also transforms us who are scurvy, selfish and dishonest into new creatures, being the children of the God Most High. Therefore, we  shall praise Him and sing praises to the name of our Lord, our God.

詩135:1-5

1你們要讚美耶和華！你們要讚美耶和華的名！ 2.耶和華的僕人站在耶和華殿中，站在我們神殿院中的，你們要讚美他！3 你們要讚美耶和華，耶和華本為善；要歌頌他的名，因為這是美好的。 4 耶和華揀選雅各歸自己，揀選以色列特做自己的子民。5 原來我知道耶和華為大，也知道我們的主超乎萬神之上。

詩人在1-3節一連用了四次“你們要讚美耶和華”，來呼召屬神的人都當起來讚美神；在神的殿中讚美祂、在神的院中讚美祂；歌頌祂的名，因為神所做的都是良善的、都是美好的。祂使卑鄙、自私和詭詐雅各成為一個“新人”就是以色列屬神的王子。詩人讚美神的慈愛、尊貴偉大、超乎萬神之上的名！

有一首詩歌說：“我在這裡讚美，我在那裡讚美，我在任何地方都是要讚美，高聲唱，哈利路亞、哈利路亞……”。只因我知道耶和華為大慈愛，也知道我們的主超乎萬神之上。祂也使我們這卑賤、自私和詭詐的人成為一個新造的人，成為至高神的兒女，所以我們要讚美祂、歌頌我主、我神的聖名。

Day 23

Revelation 7:9-12

9 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”11 All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,12 saying:“Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom,Thanksgiving and honor and power and might,Be to our God forever and ever.Amen.”

John saw a glorious worship in his vision, where all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues come before the presence of the Lord. These people are saved through Grace and are conquerors, and no one could number them. They worship the Lord together with all the angels and the elders, saying "Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom,Thanksgiving and honor and power and might,Be to our God forever and ever.Amen".

Hallelujah... Jesus Christ the slain Lamb sits on the throne, Whose salvation reaches the end of the earth. All people should come and praise Him! Brothers and Sisters, when we come to the throne in Jesus's name to worship the Lord, all the angels will bless and praise the Lord with us, and it is also acceptable to the Lord. How grateful! We could experience such heavenly and glorious worship. Hallelujah... Blessing and glory and wisdom,Thanksgiving and honor and power and might,Be to our God forever and ever.Amen.

9 此後我觀看，見有許多的人，沒有人能數過來，是從各國、各族、各民、各方來的，站在寶座和羔羊面前，身穿白衣，手拿棕樹枝， 10 大聲喊著說：「願救恩歸於坐在寶座上我們的神，也歸於羔羊！」 11 眾天使都站在寶座和眾長老並四活物的周圍，在寶座前面伏於地，敬拜神， 12 說：「阿們！頌讚、榮耀、智慧、感謝、尊貴、權柄、大力都歸於我們的神，直到永永遠遠！阿們。」

 約翰在異像中看到一個榮耀的敬拜，就是天下各國、各族、各民、各方而來的人站在神的面前，他們是蒙恩得救、得勝的人，人數多得是沒有人能數過來；和眾天使、眾長老在寶座前一起敬拜神；說：“阿們！頌讚，榮耀，智慧，感謝，尊貴，權柄，大力都歸於我們的神，直到永永遠遠！阿們！”

哈利路亞…被殺的羔羊坐在寶座上的耶穌基督，祂的救恩要到地極，普天下的人都當來到神的面前稱頌讚美祂！弟兄姊妹，當我們奉耶穌的名來到寶座前敬拜神時，眾天使要與你一同稱頌讚美神，神也喜悅我們的敬拜。何等感恩！在基督裡我們竟然有份於這通天的、榮耀的敬拜。哈利路亞…願頌讚，榮耀，智慧，感謝，尊貴，權柄，大力都歸於我們的神，直到永永遠遠！阿們！

Psalm 136:1-9

1.Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!For His mercy endures forever.2 Oh, give thanks to the God of gods!For His mercy endures forever.3 Oh, give thanks to the Lord of lords!For His mercy endures forever:4 To Him who alone does great wonders,For His mercy endures forever;5 To Him who by wisdom made the heavens,For His mercy endures forever;6 To Him who laid out the earth above the waters,For His mercy endures forever;7 To Him who made great lights,For His mercy endures forever—8 The sun to rule by day,For His mercy endures forever;9 The moon and stars to rule by night, For His mercy endures forever.

The Psalms 136 is a revelation about thanksgiving. The God Who only does wondrous things is worthy for our blesses and praises, for "His mercy endures forever". The poet seems numbering God's works so that we can know that all works of God origins from His nature, i.e., "His mercy endures forever".

Hallelujah... When we look up at the vast sky and watch the amazing creation of the Lord, fear the Lord and be surprised! Thanks be to the great and wonderful Creator, Who is our God and Heavenly Father! His promises, faithfulness and mercy endure forever!

1.你們要稱謝耶和華，因他本為善，他的慈愛永遠長存！2 你們要稱謝萬神之神，因他的慈愛永遠長存！3 你們要稱謝萬主之主，因他的慈愛永遠長存！4 稱謝那獨行大奇事的，因他的慈愛永遠長存！5 稱謝那用智慧造天的，因他的慈愛永遠長存！6 稱謝那鋪地在水以上的，因他的慈愛永遠長存！7 稱謝那造成大光的，因他的慈愛永遠長存！8 他造日頭管白晝，因他的慈愛永遠長存！9 他造月亮星宿管黑夜，因他的慈愛永遠長存！

詩篇136整篇都是感恩的啟示詩，創造萬物獨行大奇事的神是配得我們稱頌讚美的，因我們的神“祂的慈愛永遠長存”，詩人好像要藉數算神的作為，讓我們認識到神的一切作為都是源於祂的本性就是：“祂的慈愛永遠長存”

哈利路亞…當我們抬頭仰望浩瀚的星空時，當我們觀看主我神的創造奇工時，讓我們敬畏、讓我們驚嘆！感恩的是這偉大奇妙的創造者，祂是我們的神、我們的天父！祂對我們的應許、祂的信實、慈愛永遠長存！

Month of Praising - Day 21

Day 21

Psalm 147:1-10

1.     Praise the Lord!For it is good to sing praises to our God;For it is pleasant, and praise is beautiful.2 The Lord builds up Jerusalem;He gathers together the outcasts of Israel.3 He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds.4 He counts the number of the stars;He calls them all by name.5 Great is our Lord, and mighty in power;His understanding is infinite.6 The Lord lifts up the humble;He casts the wicked down to the ground.7 Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving;Sing praises on the harp to our God,8 Who covers the heavens with clouds,Who prepares rain for the earth,Who makes grass to grow on the mountains.9 He gives to the beast its food,And to the young ravens that cry.10 He does not delight in the strength of the horse;He takes no pleasure in the legs of a man.

The poet calls us to praise the Lord, for all praises are pleasant and beautiful. He is the Creator that counts the stars and calls them all by name, and we can't imagine His understanding. However, the Lord God Most High and Creator of all, is God Who has grace and mercy for the Israel, Who gathers together their outcasts, heals, binds up and comforts them. He is also the loving God that prepares rain for the earth and provides abundantly to all creatures.

Hallelujah... "Blessed is the Lord God of Israel, For He has visited and redeemed His people," (Luke 1:68). Brothers and Sisters, the God of Israel is also our God! When we go went astray like sheep, He brings us home; when we are in sickness and suffering, He heals, comforts us with Love, and goes through the valley of the shadow of death with us. Therefore, praise Him with spirit and truth, psalms and hymns, and the timbrel and dance! Jesus said, "I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out." (Luke 19:40)

詩147:1-10

1你們要讚美耶和華！因歌頌我們的神為善為美，讚美的話是合宜的。2 耶和華建造耶路撒冷，聚集以色列中被趕散的人。3 他醫好傷心的人，裹好他們的傷處。4 他數點星宿的數目，一一稱它的名。5 我們的主為大，最有能力，他的智慧無法測度。6耶和華扶持謙卑人，將惡人傾覆於地。7 你們要以感謝向耶和華歌唱，用琴向我們的神歌頌。8 他用雲遮天，為地降雨，使草生長在山上。9 他賜食給走獸和啼叫的小烏鴉。10 他不喜悅馬的力大，不喜愛人的腿快。

詩人在這裡呼召我們讚美耶和華，任何讚美頌稱的話用在神身上都是合宜的。因祂是數點星宿又能一一稱它名的創造者，祂的智慧能力我們無法測度；然而這至高神、萬物的創造者，又是施恩憐憫以色列的神，使他們從被趕散中聚集，又醫治他們、裹好他們、安慰他們；祂又是降雨在地上厚賜百物慈愛的神。

哈利路亞…“主以色列的神，是應當稱頌的。因他眷顧他的百姓，為他們施行救贖。” （路1：68）弟兄姊妹，以色列的神也是我們的神！當我們各人如羊走迷時祂將我們領回家，當我們落在疾病憂傷中時，祂在愛中醫治我們、安慰我們、陪伴我們走出死蔭的幽谷，所以我們當用心靈誠實、詩歌頌詞、擊鼓跳舞極力的讚美祂！耶穌說：“我告訴你們，若是他們閉口不說，這些石頭必要呼叫起來。”（路19：40）

Day 20

Psalm 100:1-5

1.Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands! 2. Serve the Lord with gladness;Come before His presence with singing.3. Know that the Lord, He is God;It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;[a]We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.4. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving,And into His courts with praise.Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.5. For the Lord is good;His mercy is everlasting,And His truth endures to all generations.

The poet uses seven imperative sentences to encourage, remind and invite people to "Make a joyful shout to the Lord; Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before His presence with singing; Know that the Lord, He is God; Be thankful to Him, and bless His name". For the Lord, Who is good; Whose mercy is everlasting, And Whose truth endures to all generations, is our Creator, our Shepherd, and we all belong to Him. We should praise and give thanks to Him! Worthy is only Him for the praise and thanksgiving from all people. Hallelujah... Give thanks to the Lord God Most High! He is pleased when we, His people, come before His presence to give thanks and praise. Thanksgiving and praise are the key that brings us to the glorious residence and presence of the Lord. As it is written, "But You are holy, Enthroned in the praises of Israel." (Psalm 22:3)

1.普天下當向耶和華歡呼，2 你們當樂意侍奉耶和華，當來向他歌唱！3 你們當曉得耶和華是神，我們是他造的，也是屬他的，我們是他的民，也是他草場的羊。4 當稱謝進入他的門，當讚美進入他的院，當感謝他，稱頌他的名！5 因為耶和華本為善，他的慈愛存到永遠，他的信實直到萬代。

詩人一連用了七個“當”字來勉勵人、來提醒人、呼召人：“當向耶和華歡呼；當樂意侍奉耶和華；當來向耶和華歌唱；當曉得耶和華是神；當稱謝耶和華、當讚美耶和華，當感謝耶和華”。因為以善為本、慈愛長存、信實直到萬代的耶和華是我們的創造者、是我們的牧者，我們是屬祂的。我們理當讚美稱謝祂！唯有祂配得普天下人的讚美稱謝！

哈利路亞…感恩的是這位至高的神！祂喜悅我們這屬祂的民來稱謝祂、讚美祂。讚美稱謝好像一把我們進入神榮耀居所、進入神同在的鑰匙。如經上說：“但祢是聖潔的，是用色列所的讚美為寶座（或譯：居所）的。”（詩22：3）

1 CHRONICLES 29：10-13

10 Therefore David blessed the Lord before all the assembly; and David said:“Blessed are You, Lord God of Israel, our Father, forever and ever.11 Yours, O Lord, is the greatness,The power and the glory,The victory and the majesty;For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours;Yours is the kingdom, O Lord,And You are exalted as head over all. 12 Both riches and honor come from You,And You reign over all.In Your hand is power and might;In Your hand it is to make greatAnd to give strength to all. 13“Now therefore, our God,We thank You And praise Your glorious name.

When David saw that the whole nation of Israel was in love with God and dedicated to building the Temple, he greatly rejoiced and praised the Lord. First, David knew very well the sovereignty of the Lord, and that the Lord is exalted as head over all; His is all that is in heaven and in earth, the kingdom, the glory and the power. Second, David knew very well the relationship between Israel and the Lord, as he said "Lord God of Israel, our Father". The God Most High is our Heavenly Father, who gives us abundance and makes us strong. So David and the people gratefully give thanks to the Lord, and praised His glorious name.

Hallelujah ... Today, in Christ, we are forgiven, we are delivered from the power of death, and become the children of the God Most High! All of this is because of the love and the grace of God. As it is written, "He raises the poor from the dust, And lifts the beggar from the ash heap, To set them among princes, And make them inherit the throne of glory." (1 Samuel 2:8a) Therefore, we should praise our God loudly with great joy and a grateful heart, Who is exalted as head over all and the Heavenly Father that so loves us. "For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever." （Mathew 6:13)

代上29:10-13

10 所以，大衛在會眾面前稱頌耶和華說：「耶和華，我們的父以色列的神，是應當稱頌直到永永遠遠的！ 11 耶和華啊，尊大、能力、榮耀、強盛、威嚴都是你的，凡天上地下的都是你的，國度也是你的，並且你為至高，為萬有之首。 12 豐富、尊榮都從你而來，你也治理萬物。在你手裡有大能大力，使人尊大、強盛都出於你。13 我們的神啊，現在我們稱謝你，讚美你榮耀之名。

當大衛看到以色列舉國上下都因愛神，而樂意奉獻為神建造聖殿時，就大大歡喜稱頌耶和華。一是大衛非常認識神的主權，知道耶和華神為至高、為萬有之首；天上地上、國度、榮耀、權柄、能力都是屬祂的。二是大衛非常認識以色列與神的關係，說“耶和華，我們的父以色列的神”；這位至高神更是賜豐富給我們、使我們強盛的天父；因此大衛和眾人都心存感恩的稱謝耶和華，讚美神榮耀之名。

哈利路亞…今天我們在基督裡過犯得蒙赦免、脫離死的權勢，成為至高神的兒女！這一切都是神的愛、神的恩典；如經上說：“他從灰塵裡抬舉貧寒人，從糞堆中提拔窮乏人，使他們與王子同坐，得著榮耀的座位”。 （撒上2：8a） 所以我們要在喜樂中大大的張口，心存感恩的來讚美我們為至高、為萬有之首的神，就是愛我們的天父。因為國度、權柄、榮耀全是祢的，直到永遠。（路6：13）
